I just recently bought my second property and have dealt with a few different realtors. By far Jason is the best, I found a realtor that I will continue to hire for future property purchases and sales.

Jason was very professional and responsive. He steered us to the perfect property, and negotiated a great deal on a Loft in the East Village area of Downtown San Diego. We would definitely use him again!

We had the pleasure of working with Jason for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. He was very attentive to our schedule, assisting during evening hours and weekends. The market was hot, so he was proactive in setting up showings for us right away in homes we were interested in so we wouldn't miss out. The marketing he did for the sale of our home was incredible! We were surprised to find a home within our budget, in the neighborhood we have always wanted. To top it all off, Jason and his fiancé were planning an out of town wedding that was days away. We recently sold our Civita home and there was only one person I called to list it and that was Jason. He had represented other properties and I heard nothing but rave reviews from the homeowners. Sure enough, Jason sold our home in a matter of days and at a record price for the community. It was definitely a huge pleasure to work with Jason. I started off 3 months ago, without committing to anything and just told Jason that I'm casually looking. I almost put a mission impossible for him as I'm only looking at new constructions and I wanted to stay as close as I can to downtown. We went on different tours/showing for various listings and Jason was very knowledgeable about both of the complexes as well as the listing themselves. When I made the offer, Jason helped greatly with coming up a long contingency that allows enough time for me to solve the money. He also provided very detailed reasons on various comps when we were negotiating the final price. I'm very happy with Jason's service and will absolutely recommend him and the team to any potential buyer/seller in San Diego.

All I can say is Jason is awesome and knowledgeable. It s obvious through his experience he is able to anticipate every detail to make the home buying process go smoothly. As you might experience already, it s a stressful process and to have someone guide you along the way and let you know what to expect and how to handle the negotiates was such a huge relief. When we were in escrow, we had some friends of ours that were also buying a home and hearing how difficult of a time they were having with their agent and lending, we knew that we had made the right decision working with Jason. He was superb and outstanding in every way. If you want someone responsive, competent, experienced, and most importantly a master of negotiating to get your deal accepted, then look no further. Jason is your guy.

Jason was the best realtor I have worked with, by far. This is coming from a person who is not overly generous with praise, but Jason definitely deserves it. As well as being the utmost professional, Jason's expertise went further and beyond what I would expect for an agent. He understood the value of presentation, and really had a complete grasp of the psychology of potential buyers. In addition, he had a great artist's intuition of photography, video, and the overall process of walking potential buyers through envisioning themselves in the property. I hope that I have an opportunity to work with Jason again in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.

Jason is a wealth of knowledge in the downtown San Diego real estate market. When searching for a home Jason knows every detail of every building making the search criteria much easier to navigate through. Even though downtown seems like a small space there are so many buildings and areas to decipher that you need someone with his experience to help you through it all.
